You can have your date engraved on one side in roman numerals. You can also choose to have both sides engraved if you would like. Perhaps a date on the front, with a special message on the back? I can engrave up to 25 characters including spaces on each side.

I will be most happy to convert your date to roman numerals if you don't know what they are. I automatically use the USA standard for dates which is mm/dd/yyyy. If you would like to have the UK or any other version, please make sure to specify in the "Contact us" form after purchasing.
