I purchased this product for a very sentimental Christmas gift. The shop was very quick to communicate until I received the item and messaged her about the quality. It was an expensive item over $100 with tax and shipping but was very poor quality. It was very thin and was so cheap. I messaged the shop and received no response. I am so disappointed and would be embarrassed to give this as a gift.
